Andhra Pradesh (AP) Smart Pulse Survey is a massive survey of all households, aimed to capture the required socio-economic data directly in digital form, with online validations. The field surveyors can enter the data by accessing the relevant portal through a connected tablet so that the data validations happen online and the scope for mistakes is minimized and the consolidation and analysis of data can be completed within 2 weeks of the completion of field survey.

The basic purpose of the Policy is to create the People Hub as a Single Source of Truth. This can’t be achieved unless all the relevant databases mentioned earlier are made to converge and interoperate seamlessly, within a short period of time to ensure synchronization of the various datasets. The Smart Pulse Survey precisely attempts to do this. This survey is based on latest IT tools and would be the most comprehensive survey ever. Just by a touch of button, we can get all details of the socio economic status of families and we will ensure that all cash benefits to genuine beneficiaries would be directly credited to their bank accounts.
Altogether 30,000 enumerators will be conduct the survey across the State. Each enumerator shall be assigned an Enumerator’s Block (EB) consisting of a population of 1000, which may constitute about 300 households. The enumerators will use tablets provided by the government. Data collected from each household would be uploaded online in real-time. The government intends to collect details including caste, religion, region, socio-economic status of households. The government would issue a zipper code to each house enumerated. The information will be updated from time to time even after the actual survey is completed. After completed Smart pulse survey Citizens can check their survey status through online.

4. Now Enter your 12 digits Aadhaar Card Number in the mentioned Box,
5. Than Click on “Verify” Button,
6. Finally Get your “Pulse Survey Status “online.

Hi Mastan, Survey will be held with you only. You tell the details which you have ok. If wrong details has enter to you, then you can re-apply for the survey.

hi Bhaskar, its very simple, first of all you should login in spandana website with your aadharcard number. then, create a compliant to deletion of member in your ration card, then you should attach the required documents , it will be completed with in a month period.
