At below you can see “Book Your Cylinder” in “Cylinder Information” section

Click on Book Your Cylinder Option,

(If you have multiple connections like 5kg & 14.2KG then : Select “Refill cylinder request for” Option)  Conform the displayed details and Submit to Book Now Option.

If you are interested to pay online for your booked Gas Cylinder, then you can pay in advanced (or) you can pay later at the time of gas cylinder delivery.

Step 5 : To update your Prefer Delivery Time, please follow the below given simple procedure.

Note : Normally LPG Cylinders are delivered based on your booking in serial order on first come first serve basis. No separate provision for refill delivery as per your convenient day and time is provided. Under Preferred Day and Time Delivery. you can now choose the service to receive the cylinder at home on the day and time of your choice at some additional service charges

Login to your gas account dashboard

Click on “Prefer Delivery Time“

Select “Weekday” and “Time Slot“

Finally click on Save button for Change Setting.

Note : If you want Deactivate the setting you can click on Deactivate setting.

Step 6 : Generally Booked cylinder will be delivered with on 3 days from the date ok booking. Some times it will be delivered within 1 day (or) some times takes more than 3 days its totally depends on stack availability and delivery person enroute.
