This service/utility is launched so that people can know the live day to day status of items that are available in your nearby fair price shops (FPS)/ration depots and at the wholesale shops.

How to Register for Ration Card SMS Alerts in Kerala

You can register to get live SMS alerts about commodities available at your nearest FSP. You can avail this feature while registering for the new ration card also. Just select the appropriate options and that’s it. You don’t need to worry if you have missed this part while registration as you can easily activate SMS alerts after registration also. You have the option to select both retailers and wholesale shops (of whom you want to receive updates) in this process. You will receive SMS alerts every time when lifted quantities are updated into the web enables system (retailer or wholesale concerned people will make/update entries at their end).

1. Visit official website: http://civilsupplieskerala.gov.in/index.php/registration2. It will look like below page:

3. In the first column/box, enter the mobile number for which you want to receive updates. This number will be verified so please cross check it.

4. Now select your Taluk Supply Office.

5. Once done, move with selecting dealer type. AWD is for Wholesale and ARD is for Retailer type. Choose the appropriate one.

6. In the next column you will have to select Dealer details. You will see list of dealers in relation to above columns that you just filled. Choose the dealer/wholesale which is related to your ration card process or from where you get ration card related commodities delivered from.

7. Last box is for captcha/human verification. Enter the given code as it is as shown in the image.

8. Save your details and that’s it.

You have registered your mobile number you get live updates. This is extremely useful when you need updates about available commodities available at the ration depots.
