Open the URL : http://registration.ap.gov.in/

Scroll down and look for “Services” coloumn and Click on “Encumbrance Certificate(EC)“

(or) Direct URL link is : http://rs.ap.gov.in/APCARDECClient/

Click on “Submit” Button, and it will be shown as dislayed in below figure.

Now you can select “None” option if you don’t have “Document No.” (or) “Memo No.“

Note : If you have “Document No.” (or) “Memo No.” then you can select for that

After selecting “None” option then you will be able to see like this below given

Now you can “Select District“, Enter “Revenue Village“, Enter “Survey No(s)“

Finally Select “Select SRO” and “Enter Below Captcha“

Click on “Submit” button to display Number of properties

Select the property by click on property tick. then click on submit button at top side

Now you will be able to see “Encumbrance” for the related property.
