యాన్యువల్ వెరిఫికేషన్ సర్దిఫికెట్ AVC ఎ విధంగా సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి?
ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్కు చెందిన స్టేట్ గవర్నమెంట్ పెన్షనర్స్ అందరూ ప్రతి సంవత్సరము 1 జనవరి నుండి ఫిబ్రవరి నెలలోపు AVC కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం వారిచే నిర్వహించబడుతున్న జీవన్ ప్రమాణ్ పోర్టల్ నందు ఆన్లైన్లో ఆధార్ బేస్ తో బయోమెట్రిక్ అథెంటిఫికేషన్ లేదా ఐరిస్ లేదా ప్రభుత్వం వారిచె నిర్వహించబడుతున్న జీవన ప్రమాణ్ పోర్టల్ నందు కూడా అప్లోడ్ చేయవచ్చు ఇలా మనం అప్లోడ్ చేసిన వాటిని సంబంధిత ఎస్ టి ఓ గారు వెరిఫై చేసి ఆథరైజ్ చేస్తారు.
మన రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ పెననరు AVC ని బ్యాంకులో ఇవ్వవచ్చా?
గతంలో అయితే పెన్షనర్స్ పెన్షన్ ఖాతా గల బ్యాంకులో గెజిటెడ్ అధికారి ధ్రువీకరించిన ఫోటో అటిస్తేడ్ మాన్యువల్ లైఫ్ సర్టిఫికేట్ ఇచ్చే అవకాశం ఉండేది. ప్రస్తుతం ఇలాంటి అవకాశం లేదు.
గడువు లోపల AVC ని సబ్మిట్ చేయకపోతే ఏమవుతుంది?
గడువులోగా ఏవీసీని సబ్మిట్ చేయలేక పోతే ప్రభుత్వం వారి చిన్న గ్రేస్ పీరియడ్ తర్వాత పెన్షన్ను నిలిపివేస్తారు. తరువాత పెన్షన్ పునరుద్దరణ కొరకు పెన్షనర్ మాన్యువల్లా దరఖాస్తును పూర్తిచేసి స్వయంగా తాను పెన్షన్ పొందుతున్న ఎస్ టి ఓ గారిని కలిసి ఫిజికల్ వెరిఫికేషన్ చేయించుకోవలసి ఉంటుంది.
వయసు రిత్యా పెద్దవారు, ఐరిస్ బయోమెట్రిక్ పడని వారు మరియు అనారోగ్యంతో కదలలేని వారి పరిసితి ఏమిటి ?
అట్టి వారి వారసులు మ్యానువల్ గా దరఖాస్తును పూర్తిచేసి ఫోటో అంటించి సంబంధిత ఎస్ టి ఓ గారిని కలిసి వివరాలు తెలియజేస్తే వీడియో కాలింగ్ ద్వారా వారు వెరిఫికేషన్ చేస్తారు. లేదా వారి కార్యాలయం నుండి ఒక అధికారిని పంపించి వెరిఫికేషన్ చేయిస్తారు
నవంబర్ డిసెంబర్లో AVC ని నెట్ సెంటర్ నుండి తీసుకుంటున్నారు కదా. నేను ఆ సమయంలో సబ్మిట్ చేసే తప్పేంటి?
జీవన ప్రమాణం పోర్టల్ సంవత్సరం పొడవునా 24 గంటలు పనిచేస్తుంది. మనం నెట్ సెంటర్ కు వెళ్ళగానే వారు నిర్నిత ఫీజును తీసుకొని మీ ఫింగర్ ప్రింట్ తీసుకొని AVC ని అప్లోడ్ చేసి మీకు రసీదు ఇస్తారు. కానీ ఆన్లైన్లో చేసిన ఆధారకాస్తు మన ఎస్ టి ఓ గారికి చేరదు. జనవరి ఫిబ్రవరి నెలలో సబ్మిట్ చేసినవి మాత్రమే మన ఎస్ టి ఓ గారికి బదిలీ చేయబడతాయి. కావున e గడువైనా జనవరి- ఫిబ్రవరి కి ముందుగానే తరువాత గాని జీవన్ ప్రమాణ పోర్టల్ లో అప్లోడ్ చేసిన యాన్యువల్ వెరిఫికేషన్ సర్టిఫికెట్లు చెల్లుబాటు కావు. కావున మనం అప్రమత్తంగా ఉండి గడువు లోపల మాత్రమే సబ్మిట్ చేయాలి.
పెన్షనర్స్ లెఫ్ సర్టిఫికేట్నీ సంవత్సరంలో ఎప్పుడైనా సబ్మిట్ చేయవచ్చు అంటున్నారు ఇది నిజమేనా?
మన రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ పెన్షనర్లకు వర్తించదు. ఇది EPS 95 కిందకు వచ్చే పెన్షనర్లకు మాత్రమే ఇది వర్తిస్తుంది.
AVC లను ఆన్లైన్లో ఎక్కడ అప్లోడ్ చేయాలి?
మనకు నిర్దేశించిన జనవరి -ఫిబ్రవరి నెలలో రాష్ట్రంలో ఏ ఎస్ టి ఓ కార్యాలయంలో నైనా గాని, మన SGPA ఏపీ పెన్షనర్స్ కార్యాలయంలో గాని, నెట్ సెంటర్లలో గాని, మన ఆండ్రాయిడ్ ఫోన్లో ఫేషియల్ అటెండెన్స్ యాప్ లో గాని, మన వద్ద బయోమెట్రిక్ డివైజ్ ఉంటే మన ఫోన్లో గాని లేదా కంప్యూటర్ లో గాని ఇండియన్ పోస్టల్ డిపార్ట్మెంట్ వారి ద్వారా గాని అప్లోడ్ చేయవచ్చు. Acknoledgement ప్రింట్ తీసుకోవచ్చు.

How to submit Annual Verification Certificate AVC?
All State Government Pensioners of Andhra Pradesh within the month of 1st January to February every year AVC through Biometric Authentication with Aadhaar base or iris or Biometric Authentication with Aadhaar base or Iris or Facial Attendance App at Jeevan Praman Portal maintained by Central Govt. Can be uploaded through CFMS portal can also be uploaded so what we upload will be verified and authorized by the concerned STO.
Can our state govt pay AVC in bank?
Earlier, a photo attested manual life certificate attested by a gazetted officer was available in the bank having the pensioner’s pension account. Currently there is no such possibility.
What happens if AVC is not submitted within the deadline?
If the AVC is not submitted within the deadline, the government will stop the pension after their short grace period. Later, for pension revision, the pensioner has to complete the application manually and undergo physical verification along with the STO from whom he is getting pension.
What about the elderly, those who do not have iris biometrics and those who are immobile due to illness?
If their descendants complete the application manually, attach the photo and give the details to the concerned STO, they will do the verification through video calling. Or they send an officer from their office and do the verification
Are you taking AVC from Net Center in November December? What mistake do I submit at that time?
The standard of living portal is open 24 hours round the year. When we go to the net center they charge a fixed fee and take your fingerprint and upload the AVC and give you a receipt. But the adharana payment made online will not reach our STO. Only those submitted in the month of January February will be transferred to our STO. Therefore, Annual Verification Certificates uploaded on Jeevan Pramana Portal before or after January-February are not valid. So we should be vigilant and submit only within the deadline.
They say pensioner’s leave certificate can be submitted anytime in the year, is this true?
Not applicable to our state government pensioners. This applies only to pensioners coming under EPS 95.
Where to upload AVCs online?
In the month of January-February prescribed for us, either at the ASTO office in the state, at our SGPA AP Pensioners office, at the net centers, at the facial attendance app on our Android phone, on our phone if we have a biometric device, or on the computer, Indian Postal Department. Can be uploaded either through them. Acknowledgment can be printed.
