Rice card application status check online (for Member addition, Member deletion, New Ricecard) : To add new member in your rice card the card holder person can apply at their sachivalayam only. Once you apply for Member addition with the relevant documents, then application number will be sent to your rice card registered mobile number through SMS. The SMS like as mentioned below.
How to check Transaction Details using Application Number (or) Transaction Number :
Once Head of the Family submitted rice card application, then a Application Number (or) Transaction Number will be sent to rice card registered mobile number
By using Transaction Number, you can trace application status online very easily, as following the below mentioned few simple steps.

Open the link : vswsonline.ap.gov.in
here you will see “Service Request Status Check” column
In that column, you have to enter “TT” Number (or) “T” Number which means Transaction Number
Enter the number and click on search symbol.
Now you able to see “Transaction Details” like as mentioned below.
Here in this page you are able to check your District Name, Mandal Name, Secretariat Name, Service Name, Citizen Name, SLA, Status and application tracking (or) status details.
