How to download e-aadhar card online
- Visit the website http://eaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/eDetails.aspx
- Fill up the information like an enrollment no., date and time after that your receipt number.
- Post your area pin code.
- Click on submit button.
If Your Aadhar Card is Generated:
Now you know your aadhar card status, if your aadhar card is generated then you will not face any problem in downloading the e-aadhaar, and you’ll be forwarded to a next page and you just to follow the instructions which we giving below:
- Please enter your enrollment number and your registered mobile number.
- You will receive OTP on your mobile number.
- NOTE: If you want to change your mobile number in aadhar card, then please follow our blog posts.
- You have to enter the pin which you received on the next screen after that your e-aadhar card will be shown to you.
- Download your e-aadhaar card online.
- Print your eAadhar Card.
Your Aadhar card is not generated:
If your aadhar card is generated, then this post is not for you since in this topic we will highlight the situation when aadhar card is not generated. If your eAadhaar card is not generated yet then you will face either of the two errors:
- “ID provided by you is not available. Please check back after few days” – If this error happens then you have no option left, just to wait for a couple of days or weeks more. Maybe this error occurs when your ID has not reached the main office. This process usually takes a lot of time, so if this error continues to happen then, you just have to wait for better results.
- “Your Aadhaar enrollment has failed. Your Aadhaar number could not be generated due to a technical error. You can re-enroll yourself at the nearest enrollment center” – if you are still facing this error, then there might be some error in the ID and wrong information.
- Still, you are facing the same issues then you can visit nearly “Aadhar card centers” to solve the issues.
Opening the Download E-Aadhaar Card
After the downloading pdf, make sure that you have a pdf reader like ‘Abobe Reader,’ then installed on your system to open the pdf
Open the pdf file. When the file open it will show a box where we requite a password to open it.
Put your register mobile number in a password and click on submit.
After entering the password, you can view your aadhar card. You can print a copy of your Aadhar card for further uses.
