Then Select the distributor name from the list where you desire your connection to be transferred*

Select POA declaration and upload the proof of documents.

For Change distributor with address change then click on TTV Option

Then Select the distributor name from the list where you desire your connection to be transferred*

And Please enter your remarks if any

Now fill the new address

Select one Proof Address(POA)*

4. Lease Agreement
5. Water Bill
6. Self Declaration Attested by Gazette Officer
7. Aadhaar (UID)
8. Driving License
9. Rent Receipt
10. Voter Identity Card
11. Lic Policy
12. Electricity Bill
13. Telephone Bill
14. Passport
15. Employer Certificate
16. Flat Allot Or Possession Left
17. House Registration Document

Enter the selected POA document ID number*

Finally click on Submit Button

For Relocating to new city then click on TV Option

Now Enter Pin code and search for Distributor

Then Select the distributor name from the list where you desire your connection to be transferred

Then enter your remarks if any and Click on Submit Button.
