Steps to apply for DBC Online

portal/LPG/pages_dashboard

Look for DBC Request Option and click on it 

Then Select “Size of New cylinder” like 14.2KG (or) 5KG

Now “Select One Proof Of Identity(POI)*” Which have with you now and Enter the Selected POI document ID number*

Finally Upload the document and click on “apply now” button

Note : We suggest you take 14.2KG cylinder because the 5KG cylinder is very smaller in size and usage also.

Important words :

Once you successfully applied for DBC, then you receive a reference number to your registered mobile number.

Now you can go to the Branch office and show your reference number they will be charged INR Rs.1200/- Rupees for 5KG cylinder and INR Rs.2450/- for 14.5KG cylinder and they give you the filled cylinder instantly (If you want door delivery the cylinder it may takes 2 to 3 days depending on delivery person enroute).

If you return the DBC in future then you will get a refund of INR Rs.800/- for 5KG cylinder and INR Rs.1500/- for 14.2KG cylinder.

Note : If your wish you can are not able to Apply for DBC online website, then you directly visit Indane Gas agency along with your Gas Book and brochure, then will apply behalf of you and remaining process same.
