Yes. You need to inform the ULB (Municipal Corporation/ Municipality/ Nagar Panchayat) about the demolition for converting the Property Tax to Property Tax on Land or you can convert it from the following links.

ONLINE SERVICES (on the dropdown tab on top)

Property Tax (bring curser on top of Property Tax tab)

List of options appears to the right.

Click on “File your Demolition (Convert HT to VLT)”
