- Rs.10/- Bond Affidavit Duly Attested

Applicant’s Signature & (Date, Place)

Submit the application form at your nearest mee seva center (or) VRO office at any related office.
Note : Once the application form forwarded then, you will receive a unique “Reference Number” to your registered mobile number, then you can track your ration card status online official website at epos.ap.gov.in
