లాక్డౌన్ అమల్లో ఉన్న దృష్ట్యా వైద్యం, స్వచ్ఛంద సేవ, ప్రభుత్వ విధులు, అత్యవసర సేవల కోసం వెళ్లే వారు ఇబ్బందులకు గురవుతున్నట్లు ప్రభుత్వం గుర్తించింది. అలాంటి వారికి పోలీస్ శాఖ ద్వారా అత్యవసర రవాణా పాస్లను జారీ చేస్తాం.
జిల్లా పరిధిలో వెళ్లాల్సి వస్తే.. ఆ జిల్లా ఎస్పీకి అనుమతి కోసం దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి. వేరే జిల్లాకు వెళ్లాల్సి వస్తే.. తమ జిల్లా ఎస్పీ ద్వారా ఆ వ్యక్తి వెళ్లాల్సిన జిల్లా ఎస్పీ నుంచి అనుమతి పొందాల్సి ఉంటుంది.
వేరే రాష్ట్రానికి వెళ్లాల్సి వస్తే.. సదరు వ్యక్తికి సంబంధించిన జిల్లా ఎస్పీ ద్వారా డీఐజీ కార్యాలయానికి దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి. వివరాలన్నీ పరిశీలించి ఆయా రాష్ట్రాలను సంప్రదించిన అనంతరం డీఐజీ కార్యాలయం అనుమతి మంజూరు చేస్తుంది.
పాస్ అవసరమైన వారు చిరునామా, ఆధార్, ప్రయాణించే వాహనం నంబర్, ప్రయాణికుల సంఖ్య, ఎక్కడి నుంచి ఎక్కడికి వెళ్తారనే వివరాలు సమర్పించాలి.
పాస్ కోసం జిల్లా ఎస్పీల వాట్సాప్, ఈ–మెయిల్కు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలి.
దరఖాస్తులను పరిశీలించాక వారి మొబైల్ నంబర్లకే పోలీసులు అనుమతులు పంపిస్తారు. ఈ–పాస్ తీసుకున్న వారు గుర్తింపు కార్డు తప్పనిసరిగా వెంట ఉంచుకోవాలి.
