రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా బియ్యం కార్డు కలిగిన లబ్ధిదారులకు ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం శుభవార్త పలు కీలక నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకోవడం జరిగింది.

ఇందులో భాగంగా ప్రతి నెల ఒకటో తేదీ నుండి పంపిణీ చేసే రేషన్ సరుకుల పంపిణీ విషయానికి వచ్చినట్లయితే,

ఇప్పటివరకు రేషన్ సరుకుల పంపిణీని ప్రతి నెల ఒకటో తేదీ నుండి 15వ తేదీ వరకు పంపిణీ చేస్తూ ఉండగా, తాజాగా తీసుకున్న నిర్ణయాల ప్రకారం ఇకమీదట ఒకటో తేదీ నుండి 17వ తేదీ వరకు అంటే రెండు రోజులపాటు పొడిగిస్తున్నట్లు ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం తెలియజేయడం జరిగింది.

ఇక మీదట ప్రతి నెల 17వ తేదీ వరకు రేషన్ సరుకులు పంపిణీ పూర్తి చేసుకోవాలని పౌరసరఫరా అధికారులు తెలియజేయడం జరిగింది.

అలాగే ఈ మధ్యకాలంలో రేషన్ సరుకులు పంపిణీకి సంబంధించిన వాహనాలు ఇంటి వద్దకు వచ్చి పంపిణీ చేయడం లేదని అధిక మొత్తంలో ఫిర్యాదులు వస్తున్నవి.

దీనికి సంబంధించి కూడా ఒక కీలక అప్డేట్ అయితే విడుదల చేయడం జరిగింది.

కానీ – వై. ఎస్. ఆర్. సి. పి. ప్రభుత్వం దీనిని గుర్తించి, ఒకే రేషన్ కార్డు లో ఎక్కువ ఫ్యామిలీలు ఉండటం వలన అర్హత కలిగి ఉన్న ప్రతి ఫ్యామిలీ కి ప్రభుత్వం నుంచి ఆర్థిక సహాయం అందడం లేదని, ఒకే రేషన్ కార్డు లో ఎక్కువ ఫ్యామిలీ లు ఉన్న వారు Split (విభజన) Option (ఎంపికను) ద్వారా వేరే రేషన్ కార్డ్ పొందే అవకాశం కలిగించారు. కావున కొత్త రేషన్ కార్డు పొందడానికి అర్హులైన ప్రతి ఒక్క ఫ్యామిలీ సొంతంగా రేషన్ కార్డ్ పొందే అవకాశం ఇప్పుడు ఉంది. ఇది పేద ప్రజలకు చాలా పెద్ద శుభవార్త. ఎందుకంటే సొంతంగా రైస్ కార్డు ఉన్న ప్రతి ఫ్యామిలీ, మీకు అర్హత ఉన్న ఏ సంక్షేమ పథకాన్ని కైనా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవచ్చు కాబట్టి.

ఆ గత ప్రభుత్వం వివరాలు అన్నీ కూడా 2019 వరకూ ఉండేవి. కానీ 2019  వైఎస్సార్సీపీ అధికారంలోకి వచ్చిన తర్వాత వివిధ రకాల పేర్లతో పెద్ద సంఖ్యలో ప్రభుత్వ సంక్షేమ పథకాలను పేద ప్రజలకు అందించాలనే ఉద్దేశంతో వెల్ఫేర్ స్కీమ్స్ ని ఎక్కువ పెట్టడం జరిగింది. కావున ఈ పథకాలు ఎక్కువ మంది పేద ప్రజలకు అందజేయాలని ఉద్దేశం లో భాగంగా, జగనన్న ప్రభుత్వం 50 ఇ౦డ్లకు గానూ ఒక వాలంటీర్ను ఏర్పాటు చేసిన విషయం మనకు తెలిసిందే. ఈ వాలంటీర్లు ఇంటింటికి వెళ్లి గ్రౌండ్ లెవెల్ లో ఒక కుటుంబం లో ఎంత మంది నివసిస్తున్నారు అని లెక్కలు తీసి ఆ డేటా ని 2019 లో ఒక హౌస్ మ్యాపింగ్ గా చేయడం జరిగింది. రెండు లేదా అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ కుటుంబాలు ఒకే రేషన్ కార్డులో ఉన్నట్లు అయితే వారిని విభజన (Split) ప్రక్రియ ద్వారా కొత్త రేషన్ కార్డులు మంజూరు చేయడం వల్ల ఒకే కుటుంబం తల్లి, తండ్రి, పెళ్లి అయిన పిల్లలు ఉన్నవారిని మొదట్లోనే విభజన (SPLIT) చేయడం ద్వారా అందరికీ లబ్ధి కలిగింది

ఇప్పుడు కాలక్రమేణా తల్లిదండ్రులు ఉండే వాళ్ళ పిల్లలకి కొత్తగా అంటే 2019 తర్వాత వివాహం జరిగి ఉంటే వాళ్లు కొత్త రేషన్ కార్డు కావాలని కోరుకుంటున్నారు కానీ 2019 తర్వాత ఇప్పటివరకు అలా చేసుకోవడానికి ఉండేది కాదు. ఇప్పుడైతే అంటే 2023 జనవరిలో ఆ అవకాశాన్ని మళ్లీ కల్పించారు. అది ఎవరికీ ఇచ్చారు అనే విషయాన్ని వివరంగా తెలుసుకోండి.

గమనిక : మీరు చెప్పినంత మాత్రాన ఓకే కుటుంబాన్ని రెండుగా విభజన చేయడం కుదరదు. ఆఫీసర్లు ఫీల్డ్ వెరిఫికేషన్ చేసి నిజంగానే ఈ రెండు కుటుంబాలు వేరుగా జీవిస్తున్నారు అని నిర్ధారించుకున్న తర్వాతనే మీరు Household నుంచి మీరు పడతారు.

అర్హతలు : HOUSE MAPING SPLIT అవ్వాలంటే కనీసం రెండు కుటుంబాలు లేదా అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ కుటుంబాలు ఓకే రేషన్ కార్డు (రైస్ కార్డు) లో ఉండాలి

గమనిక : ఒకవేళ వీరికి ఇది వరకే రేషన్ కార్డులు వేరువేరుగా ఉన్నప్పటికీ కూడా Household Maping చేసుకోవాలి. ఎందుకంటే Household Maping అనేది రేషన్ కార్డు కు సంబంధించి కాదు ఇది పూర్తిగా వాలంటీర్ యొక్క HOUSE HOLD MAPING DATA అంటే ఒక కుటుంబంలో ఎంతమంది ఉన్నారు, వారిలో వివాహాలు అయిన జంటలు ఎంతమంది ఉన్నారు అనే విషయాలను ప్రభుత్వానికి తెలియజేయడం కోసం. 

• ఇదివరకు Mandal Level ఆఫీసర్ ల దగ్గర ప్రజా సాధికార సర్వే ఉండేది. ఇప్పుడు దానిని Volunteer House Holding Maping గా మార్చబడింది.

ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వం ఇదివరకే ఇచ్చిన పద్ధతి ఒకటి ఉంది అది ఏంటంటే, వివాహం అయిన అమ్మాయి వాళ్ళ అమ్మ వాళ్ళ Household Maping నుండి, తన అత్త వాళ్ళ Household Maping కి మార్చుకోవడానికి సచివాలయంలో డిజిటల్ అసిస్టెంట్ దగ్గర అప్లై చేయవలసి ఉంటుంది. సచివాలయంలో డిజిటల్ అసిస్టెంట్ Login లో మీకు వివాహం అయినట్లుగా కింద ఉన్న ఏదో ఒక Identity Proof (గుర్తింపు కార్డు) Submit చేసి అమ్మాయి బయోమెట్రిక్ ద్వారా వాళ్ల అమ్మ వాళ్ళ Household Maping నుండి అత్తవారి Household Maping List లోకి చేరవచ్చు.

మూడవ ఉదాహరణ : ఇలాంటి పరిస్థితుల్లో తల్లి లేదా తండ్రిని (ఒకరే మిగిలి ఉన్నప్పుడు) వారిని ఒక హౌస్ ఓల్డ్ మ్యాప్ లిస్టులో  మరియు కొడుకు, కోడలు వాళ్ల కుటుంబాన్ని మరొక హౌస్ ఓల్డ్ మ్యాప్ లిస్టులో మార్చడానికి ప్రస్తుతానికి వీలులేదు. ఎందుకంటే పేరెంట్స్ ఒంటరిగా మిగిలిపోతారు అనే ఉద్దేశంతో.

గమనిక : ఈ పరిస్థితులలో వేరు చేయడం కుదరదు కనుక ప్రభుత్వం దీనిమీద ఆలోచించి త్వరలో పరిష్కారం కనుగొనవచ్చు, కావున ప్రస్తుతానికి మీరు వేచి ఉండండి.

నాలుగవ ఉదాహరణ : ఈ పరిస్థితుల్లో మొదట కోడలు నీ మీ HouseHold Maping లిస్టు లో చేర్చుకోండి ఆ తర్వాత మూడవ రకం లో వాళ్లకి ఏదైతే పరిష్కారం ఉంటుందో అదే మీకు వర్తిస్తుంది. కావున ప్రస్తుతానికి మీరు వేచి ఉండండి.

గమనిక : ఒక కుటుంబం అంటే మినిమం ఒక జంట అనగా తల్లి మరియు తండ్రి కావచ్చు, కొడుకు మరియు కోడలు కావచ్చు,ఇంకా వాళ్ళకి పిల్లలు కూడా ఉండవచ్చు. కానీ Volunteer HouseHold Maping List విషయం లో మినిమం ఒక జంట మొదలుకొని వాళ్లకి ఎంత మంది అయితే పెళ్ళికాని పిల్లలు ఉన్నారు వాళ్ళందరినీ ఓకే కుటుంబం గా పరిగణిస్తారు.

ఐయిదవ ఉదాహరణ : అఫీషియల్ గా విడాకులు పొందిన భార్యాభర్తలకు కావాలంటే వేరువేరుగా HouseHold చేసుకొనే అవకాశం ఉంది. వీళ్ళకి కావాలంటే అంటే సింగల్ గా ఉన్నా కూడా వేరు వేరు రైస్ కార్డు మరియు House Hold చేసుకునేందుకు అవకాశం ఉంది.

ప్రస్తుతానికైతే పైన చూపిన విధంగా ఉన్న వారికి House Hold ని మార్చుకునే అవకాశం ఉంది కావున అందరూ సద్వినియోగ పరుచుకోండి. అధికారుల తరఫునుండి మీకు ఏదైనా సమస్య ఉన్నా లేదా వాళ్ళు రెస్పాండ్ కాకున్నా మీరైతే టోల్ ఫ్రీ నెంబర్ 1902 కి కాల్ చేయండి.

e-KYC తప్పనిసరి (Must and Should)

పైన తెలుపబడిన వాటిలో ఏ రకమైన House Hold Splitting కి అప్లై చేయాలన్నా రేషన్ కార్డులో ఉన్న ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ తప్పకుండా ఈ కేవైసీ (e-KYC) చేయాలి లేదా చేసి ఉండాలి. ఈ కేవైసీ (e-KYC) అనేది మీ వాలంటీర్లు కూడా మీ ఆధార్ నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేసి చేయవచ్చు లేదా ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లో ఏ సచివాలయంలో అయినా మీ ఆధార్ నెంబర్ ఎంటర్ చేసి ఈ కేవైసీ(e-KYC) చేసుకోవచ్చు. 

మీరు వాలంటీర్ ద్వారా e-KYC చేయించుకుంటే స్టేటస్ అనేది ఈ విధంగా చూపిస్తుంది

Note : గ్రామం వార్డు సచివాలయం శాఖవారి సమాచారం మేరకు House Hold Member Migration Marriage Gounds లో అప్లై చేసుకొనుటకు పంచాయతీ కార్యదర్శి ఇచ్చిన మ్యారేజ్ సర్టిఫికెట్ లేదా SRO (Sub-Registrar Office) ఇచ్చిన మ్యారేజ్ సర్టిఫికేట్ తో పాటు క్రిస్టియన్, ముస్లిం కమ్యూనిటీలు ఇచ్చే మ్యారేజ్ సర్టిఫికేట్ లు కూడా చెల్లుబాటు అవుతాయి.

ఇలా Add (యాడ్) అయిన వాళ్లకి కూడా (Seperate) సపరేట్గా కొత్త రైస్ కార్డ్ అలాగే Seperate హౌసింగ్ మ్యాప్ కొత్తగా ఇవ్వబడుతుంది.

గమనిక :పైన తెలుపబడిన డాక్యుమెంట్స్ లలో ఏ ఒక్కటి ఉన్నా, అంటే భార్య భర్తలు అని నిర్ధారించడానికి ఏ ఒక్క డాక్యుమెంటు ఉన్నా సరిపోతుంది.
