Check Ration Card Status – Delhi

Applied for online ration card in Delhi and are now looking for status check? We will help you with ration card status Delhi check and related things. We will discuss about checking application status as well as checking the delivery status of your ration card online in Delhi. By delivery status I mean tracking the date and time when your ration card will be delivered/reach the nearest FPS.

How to check online Ration card Status Delhi

Follow below procedure:

• You will get below page at this link:

• It will ask you to enter details like Aadhar Card Number (any member of the family whose name is going to be listed in the new ration card), NFS Application ID or Online Citizen ID, Ration Cad Numbers (both old as well as new ration card)

• Please double check all the stats and once you are good to go, simply hit the “Search” buttonThis will return complete application status of your Delhi rashan card. Delhi ration card status can also be tracked offline form your nearby Food and Supply office (or nearby dedicated ration card office) in reference to your acknowledgment number (new ration card number). If feasible then I will suggest you to first check the ration card status online before visiting the nearby office. In case you have already checked the status then you will be in better condition to fi all the glitches and get your ration card released much soon.

Track Ration Card Delivery in Delhi

As said above, you can track your ration card delivery to nearest FPS in Delhi. You can track the shipment details using below steps:

• You will need to enter Allocation Period and Ration Card number in the dedicated boxes.

• Once done and verified, hit the Search button

This will track your ration card delivery status.

Please note that above tutorials are valid only if you have applied for Delhi Ration Card under NFSA 2013 act. In case you don’t come under NFSA 2013 then you will have to visit your nearby ration card centers for tracking status and delivery of applied new ration card.

It is all because of the dedicated effort of teams, we are today able to talk about online rashan card Delhi. Here we will share the details about how to apply for online ration card in Delhi and how to find various other details about the same. This tutorial is valid for all the areas of Delhi including below districts:

How to apply for online ration card in Delhi

Use below steps to get enrolled with ration card process online in Delhi:

1. Visit official Delhi Ration Card website form here

2. This page will have potions as shown in below image:

3. Please note that you can apply for Ration Card under NFSA 2013 act only if you meet certain criteria which is mentioned in below image (other important details are mentioned in image as well):

4. You can use this website to apply for online rasan card only if you have either Aadhar Card or EID Number as your identity proof. In case you want to use some other document for the same, you are requested to apply online ration card through concerned Food and Supplies Circle Office.

5. So at this step I am assuming that you have read all the instructions carefully and have valid Aadhar/EID Number to continue with the ration card registration process.6. Choose the appropriate answer/option for the question “Whether Aadhar No. of Head of Family is available” on the official portal.

7. Once you are done with entering the details of head of family, you will be provided a link where you can submit details of other family members.

8. After entering details of all family members, choose option “Finish Member Entry”.

This is how you can apply for online ration card in Delhi.

Documents Required for Delhi Ration Card

You need to have below documents for online/offline process:

• Duly filled ration card application form

• Old ration card copy or surrendered ration card (if applicable)

• Two passport size photos of head of the family. One photo must be attested by some gazzeted officer.

• Attested affidavit in case your old ration card is not available. Affidavit should clearly mention the details like your old ration card is missing and you want to apply for a new one.

• One identity proof

• If you are the house owner then you need to submit copy of house allotment letter, registration deed, copy of power of attorney for house purchase, house tax receipt copy along with other documents.

• In case you are a tenant you need to submit NOC issued by house owner along with rent receipt and ration card copy of the owner.

• In case you don’t get the NOC from your owner then you can request two of your neighbors to give inspector statement that you live in the house that you have mentioned in the application form.

Ration Card Fee and Time

You will have to pay between Rs 5 – 25 for new or duplicate ration card. I am not sure but I believe only APL card holders need to pay the ration card fee in Delhi. Please get it confirmed from your nearby ration card office.

APL Ration Card (White color)
Annual Household Income: in range Rs. 24,000-1,00,000

BPL Ration Card
Annual income less than Rs. 24,000

Antyodaya Anna Yojna (AAY) Card

How to check Ration Card Status in Goa

Follow the below procedure:

• Visit official website: http://www.goacivilsupplies.gov.in/KnowRC.aspx

• you can alternatively reach here by visiting official web portal of Goa Government and then navigating through “E-Citizen>>Know Your Ration Card”

• You will see following page:

• Select your district (i.e. either North Goa or South Goa)

• You will get a drop down list of various Taluka names. Select the correct one from that list• Now the search will be drilled down to village level. Select your village from the list.

• Now either select the name of family’s head or simply search his/her name using the search box.

You will get all ration card details including the ration card number.

Ration Card Types in Goa

In Goa, Ration Cards are distributed in 2 broad categories.

• NFSA

• Non NFSA

Under NFSA, AAY and PHH ration card comes. Till today (4/7/2016), 129602 NFSA cards are registered in Goa. Under NFSA, citizens are provided subsides of high amounts.

Under Non NFSA, APL and ANP category comes. Till today, 179323 ration cards are registered under Non NFSA category in Goa. NON NFSA ration cards are issued normal subsidized schemes.

Ration Cards in Goa comes under the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs monitored by Government of Goa. It regulates the ration card schemes that are covered under Essential Commodities Act 1955. Government if Goa has provided the facility to apply for ration card online in state and people can eve generate e ration card and can download/print that later. In short, you don’t need to go through offline process if you want to apply for ration card online in Goa.

Documents Required for Goa Ration Card

In case of new ration card application, you need to submit below documents:

• Aadhar Number or Enrollment ID (in case Aadhar Card is not issued yet)

• Bank details (IFSC Number, Bank Account Number, Branch

• Election Card Copy (of family head only)

• Aadhar Card Copy (of family head only)

Apply online for Ration Card in Goa

This tutorial is same for both North and South Goa. You can apply for 2 kind of ration cards in Goa.

Temporary Ration Card: This can be treated as a quick fix for all the families who has just arrived Goa and are looking for getting a ration card assigned to them. Usually it comes with a validity of 3 months only but it can be extended to 6 months by giving proper justification to the officials.Permanent Ration Card: As the name says, it is permanent in nature and is issued to new families after verifying various details submitted in the application form.

• Fill in all the details you have. Please note that fields marked in RED are necessary and you can’t leave them empty. So in case you miss any of the red category record, please go ahead with temporary/permanent registration for that one first.

• Details that you need to enter are simple and include fields like your Taluka, Village, FPS (Fair Price Shop) Name, Mob Number, House Number, details of family head, monthly income of all family members (will be required to decide the ration card type that your family will be issued), bank details, gas connection details, family member details etc

• In case of permanent ration card, you will have to attach ration card cancellation certificate issued by Taluka Mamlatdar (if you are not applying for the first time)

• If you are first time applicant then you need to submit affidavit that should clearly state that neither you nor any of the mentioned family member have their names registered in any other Ration Card in India.

This is it. Once you are done with above details, hit the “Submit” option. Someone from official team will visit your address to verify the mentioned details. Once verified, you will be issued new ration card within 7 days of application.

Ration Card – Jammu and Kashmir

Jammu and Kashmir Government has online/offline provisions to apply for new Ration Card. Here we will check all the details that you need to know about ration car in Jammu and Kashmir. Like all other states, Ration Card holds utter importance in J&K; and can be used for various day to day tasks like getting subsidized food items from ration depots, proof of residence, serves as identity card, can act like base to all other cards (you can create any document on basis of Ration Card in Jammu and Kashmir).

How to get new Ration Card in Jammu and Kashmir

You can get below ration cards in J&K;:

APL Cards
In J&K;, two type of cards are issued under APL category. First is saffron that is issued to families who lies above APL index and lives in both urban and rural areas. Second card is Honorary Ration Cards which is issued to families who do not choose to go with the ration card facilities.

BPL Ration Cards
It is issued in either green or yellow color.

Antyodaya Anna Yojna (AAY) Ration Card
Issues to families having no stable source of income and typically living in slums.

Please visit your nearby Food and Supply office, you will get the original application form there. Look for the details that are asked in form and attach the required supported documents.

Documents required for ration card in J&K;

Depending upon the purpose, you will need below documents while applying for new ration card in state:

• Family photograph

• Residence proof

• Identity proof

• Birth certificate (if you want to add name in ration card)

• Death certificate if you want to remove name from ration card

• Surrender certificate if you want to change address

• Marriage certificate if you want to transfer name of bride/groom from one ration card to another

Ration Card Status in Jammu and Kashmir

You will get the estimated card delivery date in the acknowledgment slip that you will get after submitting your application form in the office. You are advised to visit the office on or after mentioned date to check the rashan card status.

Duplicate ration card in Jammu & Kashmir

Duplicate Ration Card can be issued in below conditions:

• Original ration card is lost

• Damaged ration card

• Illegible

In order to get duplicate ration card issued, you need to submit application in simple paper explaining the reason why you need duplicate card and supported documents (mainly an affidavit stating the reason). You can visit your nearby ration card center to obtain original duplicate ration card form that you need to submit to authorities.

Ration Card Fee in Jammu and Kashmir varies according to card type and it is Rs. 50 for APL and Rs. 25 for BPL families.
