Are you a HP Gas Consumer ? do you want to give feedback to your HP Gas Distributor (or) you want to complaint with some reasons, then you are at correct place to find the right information regarding your issues. You can follow the below mentioned process to give feedback (or) rise complaint on HP Gas.
Click on above image and select “Interaction Type“
Choose Yes Option if you are a Consumer of HP Gas (Otherwise chhose No Option)
Fill the all required details which as shown on screen
Finally reacheck and click on Submit button for Register Your feedback (or) complaint
Not you will get “The feedback Case No” which as shown in below image and save the feedback Case No for track Grievance Status.
Track Complaints (With feedback Case no)
Procedure to Track Complaints :
Click on above image and choose Complaints prior
Now enter “Case Number” and click on Search button
In order to find your registered Grievance Status, you should login with your Account details like mobile number / email id (or) Call to “1800 233 3555” and tell them your feedback Case No to find status of Grievance.
