Rice Card Splitting Guidelines : How many members can split in Rice Card ?
Situation 1) If there are 5 Members in a rice card like Father, Mother 3 Childs.
A) If any one child got married, then add his wife to this Rice Card and then they can get split from old ration card (Note : If they don’t paying ant TAX, Not having 4 Wheeler)
Note : In a Rice card there should be at-lease two persons who are Wife and Husband
Situation 2) If a person got Age 60 above ?
A) The single person can apply for Splitting from Rice card If his age above 60 Years and no one have to him.

How to login in SPANDANA website ?
Open the website : https://www.spandana.ap.gov.in/
Click on “ఆన్లైన్ యూసర్ లాగిన్”, than you will see “Citizen Login Using UIDAI”
Enter your “AADHAAR NO. and Captcha”, then click on “Get Ekyc OTP”
Enter OTP Number (6 Digits Number) which receive to your registered mobile number
Again enter you Aadhar Card Number and Captcha along with the OTP.
Finally click on submit button to login into SPANDANA website.
Now you have successfully login into Spandana website.
How to Add / Delete Name in Ration Card (or) Apply for New White Ration Card?
Now you will see “అర్జీ నమోదు” at the top of Spandana website, Click on it
Now “tap on” “Click here for get Applicant Details”
Now you will see “Your PERSONAL INFORMATION”
At “PROVIDE GRIEVANCE ADDRESS” you can provide your address (or) click on “If Same Address click here” for same address
You will see “GRIEVANCE INFORMATION” Box Than choose “GRIEVANCE BY SUBJECT”
Than select the following information
Department => CIVIL SUPPLIES
Subject => Ration Cards
Su-Subject => Delete / Add Member
Source type => ONLINE USER
Finally “REMARKS/OTHER DETAILS” and click on “Submit GRIEVANCE” for successful application
- Now you can click on “USER INBOX” at top of the page
- Then you will see Doc No : KDP20200302______

Attach the required application forms to complete process your GRIEVANCE
No click on “అర్జీ నకలు జతపరచండి” at top of the page.
Enter your “Application Number” as “Doc No” and Attachment the related file
Upload the document in order to complete your application successful
Note : Your Online User Grievance will be verified by PSS Person and it will solved by within 30 Days maximum.
