Step 1

Step 2
Fill the application form with your details
Verify once again the filled details.
Put Signature of applicant
Step 3
Get ready Filled application form along with Aadhar Card attachment of all persons in Rice Card.
Step 4
Submit the application form at your Sachivalayam (or) MRO Office for further conducting process
Step 5
The application form process will takes 21 Days (or) more to complete verification.
Step 6
Finally Your New Rice Card will be created by Government of Andhra Pradesh and the Rice Card will be provided to you by your Gram/Ward Volunteer.
