11. నవరత్నాలు- పేదలందరికీ ఇళ్ళు కార్యక్రమము క్రింద మంజూరు చేయు ఇంటి యూనిట్ విలువ ఎంత?
జ : యూనిట్ విలువ 1 లక్ష 80 వేలురూపాయలు (పూర్తిసబ్సిడీ). ఇందుకు అదనముగా ఇంటి స్థలం సేకరణకొఱకురూ.65,000/-లు మరియు లేఅవుట్ లలో కావాల్సిన మౌలిక సదుపాయాలకొఱకు రూ.60,000/- లుసగటునఒక ప్లాట్ కు ప్రభుత్వం ఖర్చు చేయడం జరుగుతుంది.

12. ఇంటి యూనిట్ విలువ మొత్తము గృహనిర్మాణ సంస్థ ద్వారా మంజూరు చేయబడుతుందా?
జ : గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాలు, అర్బన్ డెవలప్మెంట్ ఏరియాలలో రూ.1,50,000/- గృహనిర్మాణ సంస్థ ద్వారా మరియు రూ.30,000/- లు గ్రామీణ ఉపాధిహామీ పథకముద్వారా అందచేయబడుతుంది.మునిసిపల్ ప్రాంతాలలో రూ.1,80,000/- లు గృహనిర్మాణ సంస్థ ద్వారా అందచేయబడుతుంది.

జ : ఇంటి నిర్మాణమునకు 90 రోజుల పనిదినములకు గాను కనీసం రూ.18,000/-లు (ఉపాధి హామీ దినసరి రేటు ప్రకారము చెల్లించబడుతుంది) మరియు మరుగుదొడ్డి నిర్మాణమునకు గాను రూ.12,000/-లుగ్రామీణ ఉపాధి హామీ పథకము క్రింద ఇవ్వడం జరుగుతుంది.

17. గ్రామీణ ఉపాధిహామీ పథకముక్రిందఇంటి నిర్మాణమునకు ఇచ్చు90 రోజుల పనిదినముల నగదు ఎప్పుడు అందచేస్టారు?
జ : బేస్మెంట్ పూర్తి అయిన తరువాత 28 పనిదినములు, గోడలు(రూఫ్ లెవెల్) పూర్తి అయిన తరువాత 34 పనిదినములుమరియుశ్లాబు వేసిన తరువాత 28 పనిదినములుయొక్క నగదు ఉపాధి హామీ దినసరి రేటు ప్రకారము చెల్లించబడుతుంది.

22. పేదలందరికి ఇల్లుపథకముకు గాను ప్రభుత్వము ఆమోదించిన ఇంటి నమూనా ఉన్నదా?
జ : ఒక కుటుంబమునకు గల గృహ అవసరములు గుర్తించి 340 చదరపు అడుగుల ప్లింత్ ఏరియాతో హాలు, పడక గది, వంట గది, మరుగుదొడ్డి(272 చదరపుఅడుగులు)మరియు వరండాతో (68 చదరపు అడుగులు) కూడిన ఇంటి నమూనానుప్రభుత్వము ఆమోదించినది.

23. లబ్దిదారుడు ఇంటిని స్వంత ప్లాను ప్రకారము నిర్మించుకొనవచ్చునా?
జ : ప్రభుత్వము ఆమోదించిన నమూనా ప్రకారము మాత్రమే లేఔట్ లలో నిర్మించవలెను. స్వంత స్థలములో ప్లాటు కొలతలను బట్టి అధికారుల ఆమోదముతో ప్లాను మార్పు చేసుకొనవచ్చును. 340 చదరపు అడుగుల ప్లింత్ ఏరియా తప్పని సరిగా ఉండవలెను.

24. ప్రభుత్వము ఆమోదించిన టైప్ డిజైన్ ను ప్లింత్ ఏరియా నిబంధనలను సవరించవచ్చా?
