Details of pending bills being deposited in the accounts of AP employees and pensioners, details of loans taken from RBI for payments, latest information in the morning.
డిసెంబరు నెల 14వ తేదీ వరకూ 28 వేల మంది ఉద్యోగులు, ఉపాధ్యాయుల పిఎఫ్‌ సొమ్ములు చెల్లించడడానికి రూ. 1200 కోట్ల రుపాయిలను ప్రభుత్వం విడుదల చేసినట్లు, ఆ సొమ్ము ఉద్యోగుల బ్యాంకు ఖాతాల్లో జమ చేసినట్లు కొద్ది రోజుల క్రితం ప్రభుత్వ సలాహాదారు చంద్రశేఖర రెడ్డిగారు చేసిన ప్రకటన వల్ల మనకు తెలిసింది.
పిఎఫ్‌ లోన్లు, ఏపిజిఎలై లోన్లు, ఎపిజిఎల్‌ఐ మెచూర్‌ అవ్వడం వల్ల చెల్లించాల్సిన తుది చెల్లింపులు, పూర్వపు రోడ్డు రవాణా సంస్థలో ఉద్యోగ విరమణ చేసిన ఉద్యోగుల గ్రాట్యూటీ వంటి పాత బకాయిల్లో కొన్నిటిని అక్కడక్కడా చెల్లించడం మొదలు పెట్టారు. ఈ చెల్లింపులు మరింత వేగంగా జరపడానికి కొద్ది రోజుల క్రితం ప్రభుత్వం రూ. 2450 కోట్లను తన సెక్యూరిటీలను విక్రయించడం ద్వారా రుణాలను సమకూర్చున్నట్లు RBI వద్ద 12వ తేదీన విడుదల చేసిన వివరాలను బట్టీ మనకు తెలిసిందని గతంలో చెప్పుకున్నాం.
ఈ సొమ్ముతో ఉద్యోగుల బకాయిల చెల్లింపు, ప్రభుత్వం నెరవేర్చాల్సిన కొన్ని సంక్షేమ పధకాలను ఈ జనవరిలో పూర్తిచేశారు. ఇప్పుడు ఉద్యోగులకు చెల్లించాల్సిన పాత బకాయిలైన, డిఏ అరియర్స్‌, పిఎఫ్‌ లోన్లు, ఏపిజిఎలఐ లోన్లు, మెచూరిటీ పూర్తయిన ఏపిజిఎలై సొమ్ము, గత రెండు విడతలుగా చెల్లించాల్సిన పిఆర్సీ సామ్ము మొదలైన వాటిలో కొన్నిటినైనా చెల్లించే అవకాశం ఉందని అనుకుంటున్నారు.
అయితే వీటితో పాటు జనవరిలో వైఎస్సార్‌ రైతుభరోసా, పీఎం కిసాన్‌ (మూడవ విడత), వైఎస్సార్‌ ఆసరా, జగనన్న తోడు (రెండవ విడత), వైఎస్సార్‌ లా నేస్తం (రెండవ విడత), ఫిబ్రవరిలో జగనన్న విద్యా దీవెన (నాల్గవ విడత), వైఎస్సార్‌ కల్యాణమస్తు- షాదీతోఫా (నాల్గవ త్రైమాసికం), వైఎస్సార్‌ ఈబీసీ నేస్తం పధకాలకు కూడ చెల్లింపులు జరగాలి. ఇందులో జనవరిలో కొన్నిటికి సొమ్ము జమ చేసేసారు. ఇలాంటి పధకాలతో పాటు, ఉద్యోగులకు సంబంధించిన పై బకాయిల అంశాలను కూడా పరిగణలోనికి తీసుకుంటారని తెలుస్తోంది.
ఈ నేపధ్యంలో, RBI 19వ తేదీన విడుదల చేసిన వివరాల ప్రకారం వేలం ద్వారా జనవరి 23వ తేదీన సెక్యూరిటీలను విక్రయించి, ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ ప్రభుత్వం RBI వద్ద రూ. 1100 కోట్ల రుణానిక్‌ ఆఫర్‌ పెట్టింది. ఈ వేలం 23వ తేదీ అంటే నిన్ననే నిర్వహించబడింది. దీనివల్ల ఏపికి 1100 కోట్ల రుణం లభించింది. దానిలో 500 కోట్లను 13 సంవత్సరాలకు, 600 కోట్లను 18 సంవత్సరాలకు, విక్రయించి రుణాలను
సేకరించగలిగింది. ఈ వేలం ప్రక్రియలో, RBI రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వానికి, ప్రజలకు మధ్యవర్తిగా వ్యవహరించి వేలం నిర్వహిస్తుంది. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం తన స్టాక్‌ను విక్రయించడానికి ముందుకు వచ్చినప్పుడు, స్టాక్‌ను విక్రయించే ధరను నిర్ణయించడానికి RBI వేలం నిర్వహిస్తుంది. ఈ వేలం RBI కోర్‌ బ్యాంకింగ్‌ సాల్యూషన్‌ (ఈ-కుబేర్‌) సిస్టమ్‌ లో నిర్వహించబడుతుంది.
To pay the PF money of 28 thousand employees and teachers till 14th of December. We have come to know about the government’s release of 1200 crore rupees and the money has been deposited in the employees’ bank accounts due to the announcement made by government advisor Chandrasekhara Reddy a few days ago.
Some of the old arrears like PF loans, APGLAI loans, final payments due on maturity of APGLI, gratuity of retired employees of erstwhile road transport company have started to be paid here and there. A few days ago, to make these payments faster, the government had allocated Rs. Earlier we said that we came to know from the details released by RBI on 12th that 2450 crores was raised by selling its securities.
With this money, payment of dues of employees and some welfare schemes to be fulfilled by the government were completed in this January. Now it is thought that some of the old dues due to the employees like DA arrears, PF loans, APGLI loans, matured APGLI amount, PRC amount due in last two installments etc. can be paid.
But in addition to these in January, YSR Rythu Bharosa, PM Kisan (third installment), YSR Asara, Jagananna Todu (second installment), YSR Law Nestham (second installment), in February Jagananna Vidya Deevena (fourth installment), YSR Kalyanamastu- Shaditofa (fourth quarter), Payments should also be made to YSR ABC nestam schemes. Some of them were deposited in January. Along with such schemes, it seems that the above dues related to employees will also be considered.
In this context, as per the details released by the RBI on the 19th, the securities will be sold on January 23 through auction and the Government of Andhra Pradesh will deposit with the RBI Rs. 1100 crore loan offer. This auction was held on 23rd i.e. yesterday. This resulted in a loan of 1100 crores to AP. Out of which 500 crores for 13 years, 600 crores for 18 years, sold loans
could collect. In this auction process, RBI acts as an intermediary between the state government and the public and conducts the auction. When a state government moves to sell its stock, RBI conducts an auction to determine the price at which the stock will be sold. The auction will be conducted on the RBI Core Banking Solution (e-Kuber) system.
