ఎవరికి ఏ వదతి ఉవయాగం అనే దానిమీద ఒక చిన్న వివరణ:

2022-23 FY &2023-24 AY కి నంబంధించి ఉద్యోగ మరియు పెన్షనర్లకు ఇన్కమ్‌ టాక్స్‌ చెల్లించడానికి old regime & new regime అనే రెండు వదధ్రతులను వ్రవేశపెట్టడం జరిగింది.

అయితే ఇప్పుడు ఎవరికి ఏ వద్రతిలో టాక్స్‌ చెల్లిస్తే వ్రయోజనకరంగా ఉంటుందో ఒక విశ్లేషణ ద్వారా తెలుసుకుందాం.

2023-24 Financial Year నందు IT forms prepare చేసేటప్పుడు ఉపాధ్యాయులు గమనించవలనసేన ముఖ్య విపసయాలు.

ఉపాధ్యాయులు IT లో Old Regime, New Regime గురించి కనీన అవగాహన కలిగి ఉండాలి.

806 Deductions Rs.150000;

24A Deductions Rs.200000;

80EEA Deductions Rs.150000;

Education Interest Amount గల ఉపాధ్యాయులకు Old Regime వప్రయోజనంకరంగా ఉంటుంది.

Annual Income 8లక్షల నుండి 10లక్షల మధ్యగల ఉపాధ్యాయులకు పై కనబరిచిన Deductions applicable అయితే ఓల్ల్‌, Regime ప్రయోజనం.

8లక్షల కంటే సంవత్సర ఆదాయం తక్కువ గల వారందరికీ ఓల్ల్‌ Regime ప్రయోజనకరం

Deductions తక్కువ గల వారందరికి New Regime ప్రయోజనకరం. అలాగే ఎక్కువ Annual Income గల ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ న్యూ Regime Opt చేసుకుంటే ప్రయోజనకరం.

న్యూ Regime ద్వారా IT Submit చేయువారికి ఎటువంటి Deductions వర్థించవు కావున వారు Rent Receipt, Tution fee, LIC , Housing loan వంటే వత్రాలు DDO లకు ఇవ్వవలసిన అవనరం లేదు.

Housing loan తీనుకున్న వారికి

Section-24A ద్వారా Rs.2,00,000 /-

Sec.80EEA ద్వారా రూ.150000/-

Deductions applicable అయితే వారి వారిక ఆదాయం 15 లక్షల రూపాయలు ఉన్నా Old Regime వ్రయోజనకరం.

ఈ ఫైనాన్సిల్‌ ఇయర్‌ new regime సెలక్ట్‌ చేసుకుంటే తరువాత ఫైనాన్సుల్‌ ఇయర్‌  new regime సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోవాలనేమీ లేదు Old or new regim లో ఏదైనా సెలెక్ట్ చేసుకోవచ్చు.

డి డి ఓ గారికి మీరు ఒకవేళ నీవు రీజియన్ ట్యాక్స్ సబ్మిట్ చేసినా ఈ ఫైలింగ్ లో ఓల్డ్ రీజియన్ కి కూడా మారవచ్చు ఓల్డ్ రీజియన్ సబ్మిట్ చేసినా ఈ ఫైలింగ్ లో న్యూ రీజియన్ కి మారొచ్చు ఎటువంటి ఇబ్బంది లేదు

కావున ఉపాధ్యాయులు మీకు ఏది బెనిఫిట్ గా ఉంటుందో ఆ టాక్స్ రీజియన్ పెంచుకోవాల్సిందిగా మనవి.

As per the letter given by the auditor you will know that an employee can sell either old regime or new B8….*

If you select new regime this financial year, you don’t have to select new regime in the next financial year, you can select anything in old or new regime.

If you submit region tax to DDO, you can change to old region in this filing, even if you submit old region, you can change to new region in this filing, there is no problem.

So we request teachers to increase the tax region which will be beneficial for you.

After visiting the Website, Use the Login form.

• Open the Official NIDHI [HERB] Website Click Here
• Enter CFMS ID as User Id
• Enter cfss@123 as password
• Click on Sign in Button
• After sign-in, Employee dashboard gets open.
• Click on the first Tab ESS TAB
• You will be redirected to Employee Self Services (ESS) Sub tab
• Click on 4th Tab Employee Pay Slip
• You can see month wise Pay details table with columns, Gross, Deduction, Net, Bill Number, Year Month, View Pay Slip options. (If you are unable to see all the table sections, scroll the table to right to see all the columns)
• On the extreme right Column of any one month of the table and click View Pay Slip 
• One window opens on your screen, and shows the Pay details of the selected month
• Click on Download Pay Slips and Download in PDF Format

• మీకు కావలసిన నెల ఎదురుగా మీ జీతం వివరాలు కనబడతాయి. అందులో కుడి పక్క చివరన ఉండే View Pay Slip మీద క్లిక్ చేయండి 
• అప్పుడు వచ్చే స్క్రీన్ లో మీ జీతం మొత్తం వివరాలు వస్తాయి. అందులో చివరన ఉండే Download Pay Slips మీద క్లిక్ చేస్తే పిడిఎఫ్ లో మీ పే స్లీప్
• అధికారిక లోగో తో డౌన్లోడ్ అవుతుంది.

CFMS Citizen Bill Payment Status – Find Bill ID using CFMS ID in CFMS since 2018 | Step by Step Process

The CFMS System has been rolled since 2018 for the Employees, Teachers of Andhra Pradesh. Each bill is to be processed through the CFMS System. Hence Employees, Teachers of AP can access their pay details, DA Arrear Bill Details, Surrender Leave Bill Details and other Arrear Bill Details through CFMS System using the CFMS Beneficiary Account Statement in the CFMS Citizen Bill Status gateway.

How to use the CFMS Citizen Bill Payment Status

Here is the step by step process for accessing the Bill Numbers in CFMS.

• First Click on the Official CFMS Citizen Bill Status link provided Click Here
• A page gets opened by the name Beneficiary Account Statement
• There are 3 fields to Select.
• First One is the Beneficiary Search Option. Select Beneficiary Code in that Dropdown box
• Second Enter the 8 Digit CFMS ID in the Beneficiary Code Box
• Third, in the Month and Year Box select the Month and Year of the Payment from the calendar.
• Then Click on Display Button

• After Clicking the Display Button, the system fetches the query and display the result in the table.
• The Table contain the Bill Number, Vendor, Paid Date, DDO Code, DDO Description, Amount and Remarks. 
• Here Bill Number means, the CFMS Bill Id, Vendor means Employee, Paid Date means the date of payment of the bill into the account.
• Click on the Bill Number which appears in Blue Color to get the complete details of the Bill.

• After finding the CFMS Bill Id Click the Link provided below
• Enter the Year in the First Box and Bill ID in the Second Box
• Press enter button in your Key Board
• In the next step, the Bill Details will appear on the Screen. 
• Scroll Down at BENEFICIARY DETAILS
• Then Status Details in the Beneficiary Details 
• If the Bill Payment is completed then “Success” will appear
• If the Bill is in pending, then Pending Will appear on the screen.
• Click on the Pending. 
• Then A pop up window comes and shows the Payment status like “in Green Channel“, “In payment with E Kuber” etc.

Sensational announcement on income tax exemption on pension

పెన్షన్లకు సంబంధించి అఖిల భారత పెన్షన్ సంఘం అనేది ఢిల్లీలో అయితే ఉందండి దానికి సంబంధించి ఈ విధంగా కేంద్ర ఆర్థిక మంత్రి నిర్మల సీతారామన్ గారికి ప్రధానమంత్రి నరేంద్ర మోడీ గారికి అదే విధంగా కేంద్ర మంత్రి రజితేంద్ర సింగ్ గారికి అఖిల భారత పెన్షనర్ల సంఘం లేఖ అయితే రాయడం జరిగిందండి ఆలేఖలో పెన్షన్లకు సంబంధించిన సమస్యలన్నీ కూడా వివరించడం అయితే జరిగిందండి

ముందుగా పెన్షనర్లకు సంబంధించి ఈ వారి చివరిగా అంటే వారి యొక్క జీవితంలో చివరిగా డ్రా చేసిన పెన్షన్ లో 67% పెన్షన్ ఇవ్వాలనైతే కోరడం జరిగిందండి ప్రస్తుతం అయితే వారు 50% పెన్షన్ అయితే ఇస్తున్నారని దీని 67% పెంచాలని చెప్పితే ఆ లేఖలో పేర్కొనడం జరిగింది

అదేవిధంగా సీనియర్ సిటిజన్లోకి సంబంధించి వాటి రేట్లు కూడా సవరించాలని చెప్పి కోరడమైతే జరిగింది అదేవిధంగా వారు

పెన్షన్లు ఉద్యోగులుగా ఉన్నప్పుడు అన్ని బెనిఫిట్స్ ఉన్నట్టుగానే పెన్షనర్ల అయిన తర్వాత కూడా బెనిఫిట్స్ అన్నీ కూడా కొనసాగించాలని కూడా కోరడం జరిగింది

ఇక పెన్షనర్లు ఉద్యోగులుగా ఉన్నప్పుడు పాటుపడి పని చేసిన తర్వాత పదవి విరమణ చేసి పెన్షనర్ గా ఉన్నప్పుడు వారి జీవన ప్రమాణాలు హాయిగా సాఫీగా సాగాలని కోరుకున్నారు అదేవిధంగా పెన్షన్లకు సంబంధించి అన్ని ధరలు పెరుగుతున్న నేపథ్యంలో ఇప్పుడు వచ్చే పెన్షన్ సరిపోవటం లేదని దానికి సంబంధించి పెన్షన్ లో పెన్షన్ పై ఇన్కమ్ టాక్స్ మినహాయింపు చెయ్యాలని పెన్షనర్లు అయితే కోరడం జరిగింది.

Regarding pensions, the All India Pensioners’ Association is located in Delhi, and in this regard, a letter has been written to Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and also to Union Minister Rajitendra Singh, in which all issues related to pensions have been explained.

First, regarding the pensioners, it was requested to give 67% pension of the last drawn pension of their life, but at present they are giving 50% pension, but it is mentioned in the letter that it should be increased to 67%.

Similarly, if they asked to revise their rates in relation to the senior citizen, the same was done

It has also been asked that all the benefits should be continued even after becoming a pensioner, just as all the benefits were there when the pensioners were employees.

And the pensioners wanted their living standards to be comfortable and smooth when they retired after working hard while they were employees. Similarly, in the context of the rising prices of all pensions, the pension coming now is not enough. In this regard, the pensioners demanded that the income tax be exempted from the pension in the pension.
