Apply UID Aadhaar card
As per government rules and regulations a person can’t apply the UID aadhaar card online. The only option left is to contact the nearest enrollment center there you can submit the required document details.

Step – 1
At step -1 you need to find the enrollment office. With the help of the UIDAI online portal you can search whether an enrollment office is situated nearby your area or not. In most cases, there is at-least one PAC will be available in your city or town.

Contact the office along with the following documents:

The following documents should contain your name and photo.

POA – Proof of Address Documents

POR – Proof of Relationships
- PDS card
- MNREGA Job Card
- CGHS/State Government/ECHS/ESIC Medical card
- Army Canteen Card
- Birth Certificate issued by Registrar of Birth, Municipal Corporation and other notified local government bodies like Taluk, Tehsil etc
- Marriage Certificate Issued by the Government

DOB – Documents
Date Of Birth Documents: We have collected complete data from the official uidai portal.
Date of birth documents are mandatory. You need to have at least any one of the following document:
- Birth Certificate ( Mostly preferred this one )
- SSLC Book/Certificate
- Passport
- Certificate of Date of Birth issued by Group A Gazetted Officer on letterhead
- PAN Card
- Mark sheet issued by any Government Board or University.
Once you are collected the necessary documents the next step that you need to follow is to fill out the application form.

- Acknowledgment Slip
The Acknowledgment slip is mandatory. Where on that slip you will see an EID number.
EID – Represents: Enrollment Number. The Enrollment number consists of 14 digits unique number. This number is used to track the status via UIDAI website online.
Along with the EID number, you also need to have a Date and time. Which also consists 14 digit. Together 28 digits unique number is required to check the status of UID.

- Mobile Number
- Email ID
- Security Code
Note :
In order to retrieve the details of your EID number your mobile number must be registered while enrolling the new application.
